These terms govern the use of the ATOM LOCATION website and the car rental service in Relizane. By submitting a booking request, you accept them.

Eligibility and documents
You must be 25 or older and hold a valid driving licence issued more than two years ago. Required documents: the original licence, passport, and a residence certificate. At pickup we hold the passport as a guarantee, returned with the car.
Booking and confirmation
A request via the site is a rental request, not a final confirmation. We call you to confirm availability and dates before handing over the vehicle.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Algerian dinars and include insurance. Payment is made at pickup, when signing the contract (10,000 DA the day + 50,000 DA deposit) — no online payment. 500 km included per 24 hours, extra kilometre at 50 DA.
Insurance and liability
Insurance is included under its terms. In an at-fault accident, the renter bears the deductible set in the contract. The renter is also fully responsible for all traffic violations (radar, speeding, illegal parking) recorded during the rental.
Use of the vehicle
The vehicle is used exclusively within Algerian national territory; leaving it requires prior written permission from the agency. Re-renting it to a third party, using it for paid transport of people or goods, for racing, or for any illegal purpose is prohibited.
Accidents and theft
In case of an accident, it must be declared to the agency within 24 hours maximum, with the police report. In case of theft, the renter hands the vehicle keys and original documents to the agency to activate the insurance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute is resolved amicably first, then before the competent courts of Relizane.
